Lubric8 Cut AE 1240 S is a low viscosity, chlorine-free, high-performance neat cutting oil developed for heavy duty machining of low to high tensile steels and titanium alloys across a wide range of machinery. The formulation combines specially selected active sulphur compounds and advanced lubricity esters, making it suitable for use on all types of ferrous materials. This low viscosity product ensures rapid penetration to the cutting tool / work piece zone to provide maximum flushing of swarf and chippings. 
 
Applications:
 
Use as received for applications requiring a low viscosity oil. Applications include gun drilling, deep hole boring, broaching, sawing and thread cutting on all ferrous material. Due to the active sulphur content this product is not recommended for use on non-ferrous materials.
